they neither presented their stand nor the outstanding amount was deposited on the scheduled date.

Therefore, it is ordered that on the following scheduled date and time (Column 7) they should present their case before the District Auction Paper Officer,

otherwise the amount will be recovered by issuing a warrant against them as per the rules under Section 38 of Recovery of Amount. The entire responsibility of which will be on the defaulters.
